Our Stories

“San Roberto is one of the best schools for everyone, not only Mexicans or people from Nuevo León. If everyone came to this school we would have a more advanced society.”

-Alejandro González Garza - ISR2015

“At the end of each school year I feel proud of all the accomplishments and successes that each of the students show. Also, it feels good to come to work knowing there are amazing teammates with the same mindset, ready to work focused on students learning.”

-Sandra Morales, Teacher

“Choosing San Roberto has been one of the best decisions we have taken as a family, not only because they are innovators in education; but because their priority is a whole-child education, concerned about fomenting values. We are very proud of belonging to the great San Roberto Family.”

-Marcela Treviño de González, ISR Mom

Teacher Highlight

We are proud to announce that Gabriela Reséndez and Suzette Vincón, members of the ISR Technology Team, published the digital book (iBook) "Creating Digital Awareness". In this book we can find a way to create responsible digital citizens with their environment, and also, they describe the different situations that have led them to implement the universal values to the digital world. We invite you to download the book for free in the following link:

Student Highlight

During March 23 - April 2, some 8th grade students participated on an incredible community experience supporting the international Nord Anglia project of Tanzania. This expedition consisted with our students raising money prior to the trip which went to purchase the materials for the projects we worked on. Students did physical labour, building goat sheds using saws, hammer and nails; they built smokeless stoves, mixed cement and plastered walls with stucco and continued the work on teacher housing. They also built desks for the students of the school and installed solar lights to houses, which had a USB port to help provide income for the family who could then rent out the service of charging phones for a fee. Students topped off the experience with a two-day safari and wild camp where we saw a lioness, many elephants and giraffe, waterbuck, impalas, warthogs, some zebras and a variety of birds. Students returned with open eyes of what they saw from interacting with people, playing games with kids at the orphanage and the pride of helping this community. Watch video here.
